Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Account Executive to join our professional corporate services team in Singapore.This role focuses mainly on accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance for clients from various industries, such as trading, consulting, investment holding, and technology.
You will also provide occasional administrative support to the corporate secretarial team.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Handle full sets of accounts and monthly bookkeeping for client entities.
- Prepare unaudited financial statements including trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet.
- Perform tax computation and filing (Form C-S/C, ECI) for companies and liaise with IRAS where necessary.
- Communicate with auditors, tax agents, and clients to ensure timely compliance and reporting.
- Maintain proper accounting records and support internal reporting when required.
- General Operations Support
- Provide other administrative and support as assigned by management.
- 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or audit firm experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and hands-on experience in preparing FS (unaudited financial statements).
- Familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Basic understanding of IRAS tax submission procedures (ECI, Form C-S/C).
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
