About the role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team at AGS INTEGRATION PTE. LTD. (AGSI) in the Toh Guan West Region. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and accounts of our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Manage full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GST F5 submission
- Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliations
- Verify payments and staff reimbursement claims
- Monitor trade receivables to ensure timely collections
- Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with FRS, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintained inventory records for stock in/out transactions, and carried out biannual fixed asset verification and stocktakes.
- Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits
- Support other ad-hoc accounting and finance-related duties as required
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software Xero and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of double entry (e.g. Prepayment and Accrual), FRS (e.g. Revenue, Lease), Tax Regulation, and compliance requirements
