Responsibilities:

Develop modern quantitative pricing engines using Cloud technologies, Microservices architecture, and Application Programming Interface (API) integrations.
Collaborate with traders to gather requirements and build features, applications, and APIs using C#, Python, or C++.
Optimize the performance of quantitative models and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Identify, investigate, and resolve issues in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production environments.
Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.
Work directly on the trading floor, collaborating closely with traders and quantitative modelers to develop relevant solutions.
Coordinate with the bank's IT engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of systems.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in distributed computing environments, including knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microservices, APIs, Redis, CUDA, and Linux.
Excellent programming skills in C++, C#, or Python.
Experience with profiling tools, source control systems, and continuous integration practices.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
Knowledge of financial engineering or quantitative finance would be good to have.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced front office (trading floor) environment, working under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Dependability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
