Core Skills / Must-Haves

Programming & System Design: Proficiency in Python or C#
Trading / Quant Systems: Build and optimize pricing engines and trading platforms
Front-Office Impact: Work directly with desks on real market problems

Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Knowledge of financial engineering and quantitative finance concepts
Experience with relational databases, source control, continuous integration, profiling tools
Sensitivity to numbers and data-driven decision making
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code)
Qualifications
A degree in Computing, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
