Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales journey from initial contact to successful enrollment
  • Consistently meet sales targets through proactive engagement and impactful consultations
  • Encourage trial class participation and convert interest into confirmed enrollments
  • Drive retention by managing the re-enrollment process, addressing concerns, and highlighting the ongoing value of the program
  • Handle queries and concerns from parents in a professional, timely manner via phone or in person
  • Coordinate class schedules, communicate changes promptly to students and instructors
  • Handle administrative tasks related to enrollment, invoicing, and student database management
Requirements
  • 1 year of sales or customer acquisition experience with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Familiarity with the education or enrichment industry is a plus.
