As a B2B Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Acquisition:Actively identify and onboard new business clients through a range of outreach activities, including cold calling.
- Client Consultation:Provide personalized consultations to business owners to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate working capital solutions.
- Account Management:Manage and nurture relationships with allocated accounts and independently acquired clients, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation Management:Access and manage the company's cloud drive to import and export essential documentation efficiently.
- Expectation Management:Effectively set and manage client expectations regarding services and solutions provided.
- Payment Collection:Facilitate and follow up on the collection of payments and proceeds from clients in a timely manner.
- On-Site Meetings:Travel across Singapore to conduct face-to-face appointments, consultations, and business discussions with clients.
