Job Description:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with experience in the construction industry to handle the company’s full set of accounts and financial matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and supporting management in financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Support management with financial insights and analysis.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
