SALES & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

• Support sales team to facilitate customer orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with production to align requirements with customer demand.
• Oversee logistics and delivery planning to ensure prompt and reliable service.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and operational issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records across orders, inventory, production, and logistics.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of sales, operations, and service delivery.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in inventory management and procurement is an advantage.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Capable of working independently while contributing as an active team player.
