As a Senior Assistant Manager, Operations (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations to ensure effective resource utilization and cost-efficient management.
• Work alongside a partner to oversee the smooth execution of day-to-day operations within the polyclinic.
• Lead and manage the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery and patient care.
• Participate in planning and implementing strategies, initiatives, and proposals to improve work processes and service quality.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and allied health professionals to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in any discipline, with a strong passion for planning, analyzing, and enhancing operational processes
• Prior experience in healthcare operations or administration is an advantage; strong people management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential
