Assistant Manager, Citizen Engagement (1 Year Contract) Up $6K

Location: Pasir Panjang, Mapletree Business Park, 42 hours work week, 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

Design of user-journeys, set-up of campaigns using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to implement community engagement campaigns using to manage the organization's citizen engagement community - Tech Kaki
Oversee the collection and management of the data of citizen community to ensure profiles are accurate, labeled and segmented effectively for targeted outreach
Leverage on data to propose and optimise campaigns, experiment with different strategies (e.g., tailoring of messaging and/or engagements) to optimise results
Assist with an ad-hoc initiatives related to Tech Kaki (e.g. Planning of Tech Kaki appreciation dinner, representing Tech Kaki at events to profile community to potential new members and whole-of-government agencies)

Requirements:

Minimally 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in a CRM role
Experience in managing CRM systems (Bonus – Hubspot)
Keen passion for data analysis and extrapolating of data to influence strategies and campaigns
Comfortable with interacting with people (may need to communicate with both community members and product teams within the organisation and/or whole-of-government)
Able to work independently and deliver under a tight timeline
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple and varied internal teams to deliver outcomes set out for the broader team
