Job Responsibilities

Content Development & Management
  • Conceptualise and create engaging communications for digital and social media platforms.
  • Curate, produce, and manage monthly newsletters to enhance stakeholder communications.
  • Design and develop communication materials, including a monthly infographic series, to convey key messages effectively and clearly.
Stakeholder & Volunteer Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to facilitate and support learning journeys
  • Coordinate briefing sessions and communications for volunteers.
  • Manage ongoing volunteer engagement and communications through a dedicated mailbox and related platforms.
Administrative & Events Management Support
  • Provide end‑to‑end administrative and events management support for briefing sessions, events, and programmes.
  • Track, compile, and report on engagement metrics and programme outcomes.
  • Consolidate and analyse inputs to derive insights related to volunteer engagement and management outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and programme objectives.
Requirements
  • Singaporeans only
  • A recognised degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
Diploma holders with relevant working experience will also be considered.
  • Preferably at least three (3) years of relevant experience, particularly in content creation, digital communications, or digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet timelines effectively.
