• Development of regional strategy/market introduction plan
• Develop marketing analysis of MR and relevant medical robotic products business in Asia Pacific.
• Develop regional strategy/market introduction plan of MR and relevant medical robotic products business in Asia Pacific, fulfilling the leading role in partnering with cross functional teams and related companies (Medicaroid AP, Medicaroid Japan, etc).
• Organization development/management
• Develop and manage team/organization to realize MR Business in Asia Pacific, by building relationships with various stakeholders.

• Professionally represent the company to outside customers with clinical/product discussion and consequently advocate for the customer needs within internal functions.
• Commercial discussion with hospital management members
• Professionally represent the company to outside customers with commercial discussion and consequently advocate for the customer needs within internal functions.

• Master Degree in Business / Marketing, or Medical Doctor (Surgical)
• Minimum 2 years experiences in medical robotic industry or > 2 years practical experience in performing robotic surgery.
• Multiple years of management experience (project leader experience) in a responsible position in a section or departmental organization
• Ability to analyze & prioritize opportunities and generate proposals further decision-making
• Proven analytic skills with ability to understand complex market & product data to produce sound business recommendations
• Understanding of basic financial statements
