Technical Support Engineer

You Must Enjoy

• Performing installation, commissioning and training of instruments at customer laboratories.
• Responding promptly to service call, provide accurate diagnosis, repair, generate service report and maximise the uptime of our customer equipment.
• Ensuring customers have great experience and expanding good relationships with our suppliers.
• Achieving challenging sales goals together with our Sales Team.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred or Mechanical Engineering and other engineering discipline can be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the relevant industry or capacity. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• An Entrepreneurship attribute and customers-oriented service attitude.
• Able to work independently & as team, self-discipline & self-motivated, commitment & passionate about serving others, and a bright & positive attitude with good communication & people skills.
