Overview: As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by driving collaboration efforts within team and maintaining good client relationship across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for and manage a portfolio of existing regional clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success by regularly engage with clients to ensure they are receiving value from our products/services, proactively addressing concerns and mitigating potential issues.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and expanding product/service offerings.
- Drive collaboration with global and national teams beside partnering closely with clients to develop customized strategies and solutions to achieve business goals and drive measurable results.
- Lead the preparation of competitive bids and tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and submitting high-quality proposals within the designated timelines.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on account status, growth opportunities, and potential risks to senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively recommend improvements or new solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Regional Account Manager role, with a deep understanding of freight forwarding/ logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of solution-based sales strategies and the ability to craft customer-centric solutions.
- Analytical skills to assess and interpret market data and customer needs.
- Detailed oriented, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
