Pre-Sales Support

Collaborate with Sales and SAM teams to provide technical consultation, system design, and tailored solutions for customer projects across SEA.
Conduct site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, and system demonstrations.
Review and validate system configurations and quotations to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Assist in solution proposals and tender documentation when required.

Technical Support & Implementation

Provide technical guidance during the project implementation and commissioning phases.
Deliver on-site technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities to ensure seamless system delivery.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers for effective project execution

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic security systems or small electronics project implementation and commissioning.
Familiar with AutoCAD design
Strong knowledge of security hardware, network infrastructure, and basic database operations.
Familiarity with Access Control Systems, CCTV, and Intrusion/Alarm systems is a plus.
Previous experience in technical pre-sales roles will be considered an advantage.
