Customer Service / Sales Support Executive

We are seeking Custome Service and Sales Support executive who has experience in freight forwading to join an expanding company.

Job Scope:

• Coordinate shipments with customers, internal departments and external vendors and overseas agents
• Update service rates from airlines, ocean carriers, vendors and overseas agents
• Support sales department for business development
• Support as an interface and connection between sales and operation teams

Requirements:

• At least one year of directly experience as customer service or sales support.
• Good communication skill and conversant in written and spoken English and Chinese language
• Discipline in record keeping and filing for traceability.
• Computer literacy in both MS office and Google Workspace software.
• Ability to serve and retain customers and expand service scope
• Abiliity to effectively follow-up with on-going shipments
• Ability to contribute information, market insights in sales meetings
