Customer Service Associate

Salary $2,800 to $3,000

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain premium brand standards and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
• Communicate accurate and timely information to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Address feedback and inquiries promptly to enhance service quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails, handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate schedules for the Customer Service Technical Team.
• Prepare and process service reports, quotations, and invoices efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on all open service requests.
• Collaborate with other departments and offer administrative support when needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a customer contact center is preferred.
