Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Salary Package : UP TO $6500 (Depends on experience) + Incentive + VB
- Working Hour : Mon - Fri / 9am - 5.30pm

- Proven track record with key account management in Freight Forwarding Industry is a MUST
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Achieve sales targets by building long-term relationships and providing logistics solutions.
- Coordinate cross-trade shipments and support overseas partners.
- Prepare quotations, RFQs, tender submissions, and review freight rates and service proposals.
- Develop SOPs and operational terms for customer approval.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and co-loaders.
- Monitor service performance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and prepare regular management reports.
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams for smooth shipment execution.
Requirement :
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Min 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL
