About The Job:

The candidate will support Customer Service in the following areas:

  • Resolve complaints in an independent, effective and timely manner within the firm's service standards
  • Deliver timely and quality responses to customers queries and feedback received at various customer service touch points
  • Manage customer surveys and call-backs with accuracy and promptly
  • Support delivery of projects and monthly statistics
  • Any other duties assigned to meet the firm and department goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of Customer Service experience within Financial Services Industry
  • 2 years experience in managing escalated complaints from touchpoints
  • Ability to identify triggers, customers pain points and areas of improvement for the business
  • Ability to think for the customer and not accept the status quo
  • Knowledge of Financial Advisory sales process, insurance and investment products (preferred)
