About The Job:
The candidate will support Customer Service in the following areas:
- Resolve complaints in an independent, effective and timely manner within the firm's service standards
- Deliver timely and quality responses to customers queries and feedback received at various customer service touch points
- Manage customer surveys and call-backs with accuracy and promptly
- Support delivery of projects and monthly statistics
- Any other duties assigned to meet the firm and department goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Customer Service experience within Financial Services Industry
- 2 years experience in managing escalated complaints from touchpoints
- Ability to identify triggers, customers pain points and areas of improvement for the business
- Ability to think for the customer and not accept the status quo
- Knowledge of Financial Advisory sales process, insurance and investment products (preferred)
