We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to partner with our business leaders to drive people strategy, talent outcomes and operational excellence. The candidate is required to be the trusted HR advisor on workforce planning, performance & rewards, career mobility, and change initiatives that help the business grow, stay compliant and deliver for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Business partnering: Act as the primary HR advisor to senior business leaders and team heads. Translate business strategy into people priorities and actionable HR plans.
  • Workforce planning & mobility: Drive workforce planning, hiring prioritization,internal mobility and role design to ensure the right capability mix acrossproduct, distribution and support functions.
  • Performance & rewards: Advise on performance calibration, bonus and promotion decisions; partner with Total Rewards on pay structure alignment and market benchmarking.
  • Employee lifecycle & engagement: Oversee onboarding, retention initiatives (esp. early-tenure focus), engagement action plans andexit-analysis to reduce attrition and improve productivity.
  • Change & culture: Lead or support organizational redesign, integration efforts (e.g., M&A or new product launches), and culture/leadership programs to embed desired behaviors.
  • Compliance & governance: Ensure HR practices comply with local regulatory requirements and Group policy; support audits, policy refreshes (e.g. handbooks) and issue remediation across jurisdictions.
  • HR operations & analytics: Work with HR Ops and HRIS to streamline processes, improve data quality and provide people insights and dashboards to leadership.
  • Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, People Partners, Total Rewards, Legal/Compliance and external advisors.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' HR experience in financial services, including supporting senior leaders .
  • Deep knowledge of talent management, performance calibration, compensation frameworks and workforce planning.
  • Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills - comfortable advising senior investment professionals and business heads.
  • Data-savvy - experience using HRIS and people analytics to shape decisions.
  • Change management experience with track record of delivering HR projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; high emotional intelligence.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Fluent spoken and written English required.
