HR Business Partner

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our team. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on operational execution, working closely with business leaders to drive workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and strong HR governance.

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning and performance management.
• Lead compensation and benefits planning and execution, including payroll, rewards, employee awards, and HR budgeting.
• Manage employee relations matters, engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and staff events.
• Drive talent review, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory reporting, and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS.
• Review, update, and implement HR policies and the employee handbook in compliance with local labour legislation.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Manage HR audits independently and support internal and external auditors.
• Develop HR dashboards and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

• Preferably with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and local labour laws
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership
• Comfortable working with HR systems and HR analytics
