As a Customer Service Representative - Call Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle and follow up on customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media platforms
• Effectively manage a large volume of inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
• Schedule patient appointments at the clinic
• Operate and utilize the clinic’s management system
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding dental treatments and procedures
• Perform daily operational tasks within the Customer Service department
• Foster lasting relationships with customers through clear and engaging communication
• Understand and evaluate patients’ needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Warmly welcome customers and determine the reason for their call or visit
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to maintain quality service delivery
• Prepare basic reports on confirmed appointments and patient follow-ups
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Possess a min Nitec qualification.
