Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner (Healthcare) #HKN

Job Description:

• Provide effective administrative HR support to strategic stakeholders and play a key role in HR operations in areas of talent acquisition, retention, development, and employee welfare and engagement.
• Manage employee feedback in a tactful manner during dialogue sessions and walkabout sessions, providing a conducive working environment.
• Engage and support in projects and events management while being involved in HR administrative affairs, including but not limited to industrial relations, staff wellness, internships, scholarships / sponsorships, maintaining a strong pipeline of talents.
• Innovate recruitment and retention programs and strategies and initiate business partnership activities to strengthen business relations that are critical in transformation of healthcare recruitment processes.
• Ensure employment law compliance and alignment of operations with policies in healthcare HR.
• Manage manpower budget and implement manpower optimization strategies

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Min. 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or strategic HR role
• Proficient in HR systems, data analysis, and MS Office tools
• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
