Responsibilities:
- Manage a technical sales team focused on complex springs applications and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales target
- Identify new market segments and potential customers for business opportunities
- Build good rapport and provide technical support to customers at all levels
- Ensure customer’s requirements are fully defined and understood by internal teams
- Participate actively in management matters and decisions and assist management in all sales related matters
- Assist in the formulation of corporate strategies. Improving and analyzing the tools/directions/strategies set are effective
- Project monitoring to ensure timely delivery of goods
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant studies
- Class 3/3A driving license with own vehicle
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, with a focus on technical sales
- Willing to travel overseas at times for business trips
