Technical Account Manager

Summary:

• MNC
• Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.15pm
• Transport Allowance and Petrol Claim

Responsibilities:

• Manage a technical sales team focused on complex springs applications and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales target
• Identify new market segments and potential customers for business opportunities
• Build good rapport and provide technical support to customers at all levels
• Ensure customer’s requirements are fully defined and understood by internal teams
• Participate actively in management matters and decisions and assist management in all sales related matters
• Assist in the formulation of corporate strategies. Improving and analyzing the tools/directions/strategies set are effective
• Project monitoring to ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant studies
• Class 3/3A driving license with own vehicle
• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, with a focus on technical sales
• Willing to travel overseas at times for business trips
