Parcel Delivery Drivers (Van can be driven Home)
About the role
HS GROUP is seeking experienced Class 3/3A Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our eCommerce Delivery Team. This full-time position will involve the reliable and timely delivery of eCommerce parcels throughout different parts of Singapore. As an integral part of our logistics operations, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the success of our business.
What you'll be doing- Safely operate a Diesel Van or Electric Van to deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner according to established routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including proof of Delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with recipients
- Adhere to all relevant health, road safety and compliance regulations
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the logistics team
- Valid Class 3/3A driving license with a clean driving record of at least 5 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar parcel delivery role
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical fitness and stamina to handle packages of various sizes and weights
- Familiarity with the local routes and strong navigational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
