The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.
The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. Due to the nature of this traineeship programme, kindly note that training allowances are CPF exempted.

Role Description:
Perform logistics operations for receipt, storage and issue of raw materials, engineering spares, consumables, process related goods and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
Responsibilities:To handle the proper goods receipt and issuance of raw materials, engineering spares and consumables, and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) to support operational requirements -
- To arrange with the respective departments on stock materials received which require quality control inspection and to provide assistance where necessary
- To report immediately any discrepancies, damages and loss of stock materials upon receipt or in storage for the purpose of claims, investigation and rectification
- To maintain good inventory records of all raw materials and packaging materials and the proper upkeep of all documentation in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements
- To maintain a high standard of housekeeping of the warehouse and material handling equipment being assigned to
- To maintain a high standard of security and access to the Warehouses for the purpose of safe custody of stock materials
- To be well verse with and in full compliance with the established cGMP, GSOP and SOP requirements
- To be actively involved in the Departmental Safety and GMP Audit
- Manage returns of raw materials, engineering spares and consumables from production and API from customers
Education / Licenses:
- Candidate with a NITEC certificate and above
Competencies / Skills:
- Able to operate reach truck / forklift
- Good understanding of safety and cGMP
- Able to navigate the MERP system
- Able to use MS Office tools
- Able to work in a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills

You will be based at one of our manufacturing site in Singapore near Jurong.
