Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to handle painting and protective coatings projects across industrial, and construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end -to-end execution of painting and coatings projects
Plan, schedule, and manage manpower, materials, and equipment
Oversee surface preparation, coating application, and inspection processes
Ensure compliance with international painting standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE)
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor project cost, productivity, and timelines
Implement strict quality control and safety standards
Handle contract administration, billing, and project reporting
Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
10+ years of relevant experience (preferably in painting/coatings or construction)
Experience in industrial, construction, or building projects
Preference for those with international projects experience.
Knowledge of painting standards and safety practices
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
