Visual Merchandising Executive

Responsibilities

Collaborate with brand partners to execute visual merchandising plans aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
Act as the main point of contact with brand VM teams to ensure guideline compliance and consistent execution
Ensure consistent branding and visual standards across all retail locations and displays
Manage visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of all display activities
Coordinate with local partners for permit approvals, manpower arrangements, and on-ground execution
Prepare completion reports after campaign or project execution
Maintain daily communication and provide weekly work-in-progress (WIP) updates to brand stakeholders
Support the Visual Merchandising Director in planning and execution of projects

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of retail display tools, visual execution techniques, and layout software
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
