Visual Merchandising & Project Executive

Visual Merchandising and Display:

• Prepare floor plan for all visual merchandising displays to be in line with the seasonal theme and Hong Kong Head office guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with head office and cross-functional stakeholders to obtain approvals, ensure timely and successful rollout of new visual merchandising launches.
• Set-up all visual merchandising and promotional displays for seasonal change, promotional programs and ad-hoc events. Prepare VM materials including signage, point-of-sale materials, props etc.
• Upkeep the high visual merchandising standard at the retail stores at all time.
• Ensure all visual merchandising materials are delivered according to planned schedule and properly maintained at the stores.
• Coordinate with Buying Department and Retail Operations Team to determine the key focus of the product collection and to determine the range of merchandise for display in stores.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations & Leasing Department to prepare floorplans for Atrium Sales in shopping malls.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage the ordering, delivery, and production of VM materials.
• Prioritize and manage multiple programs within design specifications and budget/timing constraints.
• Strong in administrative support by ensuring proper documentation for management review and approval.
• Design creative graphic artworks and for branding, instore, print materials, sales & marketing collateral.
• Check and process monthly billing from vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring expenses align with approved allocations.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.
• Be the point of contact for retail store maintenance matters.

Project:

• Creative space planning and store layout design.
• Familiar with store design concept, renovation materials and placement of fixtures.
• Prepare and compile Bills of Quantities (BQ) for all projects to support budgeting and cost planning.
• Be the point of contact for liaison with mall management for site requirements and with Head office for store design updates.
• Review shop drawings and lighting plans with concerned parties.
• Coordinate with contractors on job completion within scheduled timeline and cost.
• Compile and rectify renovation defects.
• Support new shop openings and reinstatement setup, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design or equivalent.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in floor visual merchandising planning/retail display/shop renovation work.
• Proficient in MS Office software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Resourceful, fast and able to work with the team.
