As an Executive (General Administration & Records Management) in the Corporate Services Division, you will assist in managing estate facilities, logistics and provide support for Registry activities. You will report to the Assistant Director (Administration & Procurement).

What you will be working on
  1. Estate Facilities Management:
  • Work with stakeholders within the organization to ensure that requests are met in a timely manner
  • Liaise with in-house support team for facility setup
  • Support Facilities Management officers in documentation
  1. Logistics:
  • Assist Facilities Management and Admin teams in logistic matters
  • Prepare documentation for equipment and disposal of stores
  1. Records Digitisation:
  • Manage and oversee digitisation operations
  • Manage and arrange for disposal of documents
What we are looking for
  • Relevant Diploma, preferably in Estate Management, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Experience with facilities management, asset management and/or logistics management preferred
  • High level of organisational ability
  • Good understanding of requirements of stakeholders
  • Ability to work under time pressure and deliver results to stakeholders
  • Possess good problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous, with an eye for details
  • Good interpersonal skills; Team player
