As an Executive (General Administration & Records Management) in the Corporate Services Division, you will assist in managing estate facilities, logistics and provide support for Registry activities. You will report to the Assistant Director (Administration & Procurement).
What you will be working on- Estate Facilities Management:
- Work with stakeholders within the organization to ensure that requests are met in a timely manner
- Liaise with in-house support team for facility setup
- Support Facilities Management officers in documentation
- Logistics:
- Assist Facilities Management and Admin teams in logistic matters
- Prepare documentation for equipment and disposal of stores
- Records Digitisation:
- Manage and oversee digitisation operations
- Manage and arrange for disposal of documents
- Relevant Diploma, preferably in Estate Management, Facilities Management, or related field
- Experience with facilities management, asset management and/or logistics management preferred
- High level of organisational ability
- Good understanding of requirements of stakeholders
- Ability to work under time pressure and deliver results to stakeholders
- Possess good problem-solving skills
- Meticulous, with an eye for details
- Good interpersonal skills; Team player
