Bukit Merah - Retail Jewellery Sales Assistant

Working Day: 6Days, 10am-7.30pm

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Arrange jewellery displays in an appealing and secure manner
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on jewellery styles and materials to potential buyer
• Handle Inquires about the product, pricing and policies
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store in a well-organised manner
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Assist in Inventory management and restocking
• Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for jewellery
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
• Six days work week
