HR/Admin Assistant

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am to 6pm, Fri 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment: post job ads, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with onboarding: prepare offer letters, new hire documents, and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately.
  • Process HR cases timely and accurately in line with policies and service standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Prepare basic reports and track recruitment progress.

Requirements:

  • Prior admin or HR experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
