HR/Admin Assistant

Contract Duration: 9 months
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am to 6pm, Fri 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment: post job ads, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding: prepare offer letters, new hire documents, and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately.
- Process HR cases timely and accurately in line with policies and service standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Prepare basic reports and track recruitment progress.
Requirements:
- Prior admin or HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
