Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing of polymer-based components, is seeking an experienced Sales Support Executive as part of potential succession planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of the order management process, including logistics coordination.
Location: MacphersonWorking Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30
about the job- support in quotations, processing of orders, invoicing and returns.
- liaise with freight forwarding partners for shipment arrangements and documentations support
- ensure all invoices and credit note are filled properly
- any other administrative support when required
- min. Diploma or Degree in any field
- proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle)
- familiarity with incoterms will be an added advantage
- min. 1 year of experience in order-to-cash
