Product Executive - Sustainability

Join a dynamic team as a Product Executive, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing a risk-mapping product for agricultural products. This position offers the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders and make a meaningful impact on sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product performance and resolve operational issues that arise during its use.
• Conduct weekly meetings with tech partners to discuss technical matters and product enhancement requirements.
• Create specification documents and dashboard prototypes to clarify project needs for tech teams.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on pre-production settings before launching new features.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions for users via online platforms.
• Maintain an updated user database and track progress through regular follow-ups with existing users.
• Assist in generating analytical reports after users complete their assessments.
• Provide insights for product improvements based on user feedback and observations.
• Collaborate with tech partners to resolve product performance challenges.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement through regular meetings, including tire manufacturers and non-profit organizations.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives on platforms such as LinkedIn.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience in product management, IT project management, or supply chain sustainability.
3. Familiarity with dashboarding tools (such as Power BI) and data visualization is an advantage.
4. Strong proactive and creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
5. Effective multitasking skills for managing concurrent projects.
6. Genuine interest in social and environmental sustainability.
