Admin Assistant (QA – F&B) – Up to $3,200 | North-East | 5 Days Work Week
Location: North-East SingaporeSalary: Up to $3,200/month

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance requests and preventive servicing for outlets and Central Kitchen
- Maintain service contracts and equipment documentation
- Generate and track maintenance schedules
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), liaise with Finance on payments
- Support dispatch of QA supplies to outlets
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers on maintenance and operational matters
- Handle administrative duties and support QA team initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
- Preferably with relevant administrative or coordination experience (F&B/retail environment is a plus)
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese (to liaise with vendors and review documents)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
