Administrative Assistant (Government)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a dynamic government environment. This role is ideal for organised, proactive individuals who enjoy providing administrative and coordination support.

The contract duration is up to 1 year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Handle emails, phone enquiries, and other basic correspondence
  • Maintain proper filing, records, documentation and data management systems
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Assist in data entry and basic analysis
  • Maintain records, databases, and employee files
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
  • Support events and programme planning
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Immediate Starters are strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling routine administration tasks and data entry
