You’ll play a key role in bringing our restaurant brands to life through thoughtful storytelling, visuals, campaigns, and digital engagement — blending strategy with creativity to deliver experiences that resonate.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Execution- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across all AC Concepts brands.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and aesthetics across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Support the rollout of seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and new product or menu launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, photographers, videographers) to deliver campaign assets on time.
- Conceptualise and produce photo and video content for social media, website, and marketing collaterals.
- Handle photography, videography, and post-editing independently when needed.
- Design marketing collaterals including menus, event posters, digital ads, and email newsletters.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand style guides and visual direction.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers and customers.
- Track and analyse social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide regular reports.
- Optimise content for SEO and visibility across platforms.
- Use digital tracking tools (e.g. Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Metricool, etc) to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support in planning and promoting events, collaborations, and pop-ups.
- Coordinate logistics, media coverage, and partner activations.
- Identify partnership opportunities with local brands, media, and influencers to strengthen brand visibility.
- Assist with menu updates, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and organise the brand’s creative and content archive.
- Track marketing spend, maintain reports, and assist with campaign evaluations.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality or marketing agency.
- Basic to intermediate skills in professional photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar apps) are a bonus.
- Strong design and layout sense, with proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital tracking tools (Meta, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
