Marketing Executive

The executive works closely with internal teams and vendors, monitors market trends and competitor activities, and tracks campaign performance. The role also provides marketing support for export markets while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with relevant certifications.

1. Maintain and update product catalogue, packaging information, and brand materials.
2. Support new product development (NPD) and product packaging refreshes — from concept to launch.
3. Plan and execute consumer promotions (NCP, GWP), retailer collaborations, and KOL/media tie-ups.
4. Coordinate POSM production, space buy, and trade displays with vendors, designer and internal teams.
5. Design and manage online banners, website updates, and digital campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
6. Source and manage premiums and sponsorships aligned with brand direction
7. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Provide marketing support for export markets (Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia).
9. Track and analyze campaign performance, trade pricing, and promotion results.
10. Ensure compliance with FSC and other brand-related certifications.
11. Track and consolidate weekly market movements and trends for internal reporting.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of marketing or FMCG experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
