Job Title: HR & Admin Officer (ID3236)
Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm

Salary: $2500 - $3000

Job Description:

Hands-on daily HR & admin operational matters
Assist end to end onboarding and offboarding
Assist in work pass processes
Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes etc
Responsible for HR administration including staff records, files, and documentation
Assist in company insurance
Office management such as office supplies, purchases, reimbursements, and claims
Assist and organize company events
Data entry support
Assist in payroll computation
Filing support for accounts non-confidential documents and packing for storage
Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel)
Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
Training and self-development opportunities
Graduated in related field or at least 2 years of relevant working experiences
Singaporean Only
