Responsibilities and duties

Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, including sponge cakes, layered cakes, cupcakes, and specialty cakes.
Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications, using various techniques such as piping, fondant work, and airbrushing.
Create custom cake designs for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events.
Ensure all cakes are baked and decorated to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Collaborate with customers to understand their design preferences and requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake decorating area.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Stay updated on current cake decorating trends and techniques.
Assist in the development of new cake recipes and decoration ideas.

Qualification and Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in crafting a variety of cakes, from classic styles to custom designs for special occasions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong baking skills, artistic talent, and a keen attention to detail.
