Sales Operations Management Associate (Omni)

About Your Role:

• You will work in a fast changing environment filled with curated vintage goods with a team of honest and sincere colleagues. If you are a curious person, this may be a role for you!
• As a sales operations associate, you are responsible to manage our cross channel sales (retail and online) to ensure customer's orders are fulfilled and our retail store front is well managed.
• Coordinate delivery and logistics arrangements with our delivery team
• Customer service management (if any)
• Good career progression

• Friendly, polite, positive working attitude and good in customers' relations.
• An interest in furniture, interiors, or second-hand / vintage items
• Good command in English and proficient in Shopify
• An open mind and willing to be hands on
• Ability to commit to weekend shifts

Your commitment:

Working hours (6-day work week, 1 weekend commitment is required)

Weekdays: 9:00am – 5:20pm
