Customer Care Officer| SHIFT WORK | 1 Year Contract

As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the frontline ambassador of our organization, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support to both internal and external customers. • Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
• Build strong understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
• Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
• Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
• Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.

• At least 1 year of customer service or call-centre experience.
• O-Level / Higher NITEC qualification or equivalent.
• Comfortable communicating in English and at least one additional language.
• Willingness and flexibility to commit to work that may include rotating shifts.
