Customer Service Officer – Tenants & Customer Service (Shift Hours, East)

About the Role
- Handle opening and closing of the Customer Service Counter in accordance with SOPs.
- Attend to walk-in enquiries, wayfinding requests, feedback, and complaints from members of the public.
- Assist customers with tenant-related enquiries, facilities information, and general hub services.
- Support administration of promotions, campaigns, redemptions, and ticketing activities.
- Issue vouchers, premiums, and tokens accurately and maintain proper records.
- Ensure that all vouchers, premiums, and assets are properly accounted for before and after each shift.
- Assist in lost and found cases involving items or personal belongings and follow escalation procedures where required.
- Maintain daily reconciliation of manual and system records.
- Keep the counter clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Update and maintain tenant contact lists and operating information when required.
- Submit daily reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Support incident reporting and assist in preparation of reports where required
- Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and safe work practices
- GCE ‘O’ Levels, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or frontline service role.
- Experience in shopping mall, community hub, or public service environment is an advantage.
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
