Facilities Manager (Building Maintenance | HVAC Systems)
- Location : Central
- Working hours : 5.5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am–5:30pm | Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 Basic + 12 Days Annual Leave + Completion Bonus
- Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable or Convertible to Permanent)
- Industry : Construction company specializing in ACMV and green technology systems
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations covering office services and building maintenance activities
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on site performance, risks, plans, and improvements
- Oversee maintenance schedules for HVAC / ACMV / MAU / AHU / Utilities systems
- Coordinate contractors, quotations, approvals, and monitor vendor SLA/KPI performance
- Handle consumables planning, stock control, and replenishment
- Lead incident response during breakdowns and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Supervise on-site FM team and support daily operations
Requirements:
- Atleast 3 years of relevant facilities management experience
- Strong knowledge of ACMV / HVAC systems and preventive maintenance planning
- Exposure to laboratory / pharmaceutical / cleanroom / life science environment is an advantage
