Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our growing team as a Sales Customer Service & Sales Admin executive. You will be the backbone of our sales operations — supporting the team with quotations, customer follow-ups, order processing, and administrative coordination.This role sits at the intersection of customer-facing service and internal sales support and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, and wants to grow in the EV industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Enquiry Management- Handle inbound customer enquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp — covering charger products, CPO services, and installation queries
- Follow up on leads and quotations to support the sales team in closing deals
- Coordinate with customers on order status, site readiness, and delivery timelines
- Maintain positive customer relationships and escalate issues to the relevant team lead when required
- Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely manner
- Track and update the sales pipeline, customer records, and deal status in the CRM or internal systems
- Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, warranty documentation, and grant-related submissions (e.g. EHVCG, EV Common Charger Grant)
- Coordinate with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth handover after sale
- Liaise with procurement, finance, and operations to align on order fulfilment and project timelines
- Prepare weekly sales reports and assist in compiling data for management review
- Support the sales team with presentation materials, product information sheets, and grant documentation
- Assist in organising customer meetings, demos, and site visits as needed
Requirements
Essential- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, ora related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Lark or similar collaboration tools is advantageous
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in the EV, energy, or technology industry
- Familiarity with government grants in the clean energy or transportation space (EHVCG, EV Common Charger Grant, etc.)
- Prior experience with CPO (Charge Point Operator) services or B2B sales environments
- Experience with CRM platforms or project tracking tools
