About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Senior/HR Executive to join our team at ATT Group. This is a HR generalist role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, where you will support business growth by driving recruitment efforts while managing core HR operations.
You will partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, support sourcing strategies, and build candidate pipelines, including for niche roles. Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to key HR functions such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition- Partner with business leaders to plan and execute recruitment strategies that support business needs
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Support sourcing efforts through various channels (job portals, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach)
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, including for niche or hard-to-fill roles
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, benefits administration, and offboarding
- Ensure accurate payroll inputs, handle work pass applications, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
- Coordinate performance management, training, and employee engagement programs
- Assist in HR projects such as digitalisation, process improvements, and policy reviews
- Maintain accurate HR records and data to support reporting and decision-making
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3–4 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore, with strong exposure to recruitment
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels and supporting hiring for niche or hard-to-fill roles
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, with the ability to support recruitment and HR activities beyond standard office hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business and candidate needs
