HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you are passionate about people and willing to support them in any HR related matters. You possess the motivation to improve employee experience and HR processes through our dedicated resources. You will help to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Dept and at the same time support a wide range of activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate full recruitment cycle including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, pre-employment checks, offer preparation for Part Timers and compiling required documentations to Payroll.
- Support recruitment process for Full Timers.
- Participate in recruitment drive/career fair.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/SPass/EP).
- Checking of payroll hours of our hourly-rated staff in preparation for monthly payout.
- Processing of invoices.
- Administers and maintains updated data in HR systems.
- Propose and develop employee initiative activities for the COMO Group to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Any other HR matters/projects as and when assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of BIPO will be an advantage
- Good understanding of local employment and legislation
