Inside Sales cum Account Executive

Location: Raeburn Park

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM

Salary & Benefits: Basic: $3,200 + Mobile Allowance: $60 + Attractive incentives & commission

• 95% KPI: 1.5 months bonus
• 75%–95%: 1.0 month
• 50%–75%: 0.5 month

• 95%: 1.0 month bonus
• 75%–95%: 0.5 month

About the Role ?

Looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building relationships. This hybrid role blends inside sales + account management, with a clear pathway into field sales.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers
• Handle inbound leads, cold outreach & follow-ups
• Identify needs and generate qualified opportunities
• Schedule meetings and pass leads to the Sales team
• Use CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to improve conversions

KPIs (Annual):

• 60 Qualified Leads
• 6 Key Account Leads
• 12 Closures

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
• Act as main contact for contracts and service matters
• Ensure smooth customer experience and issue resolution
• Identify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams for seamless service

KPI: Contract Retention %

• 2 years sales experience, preferred in Automotive / leasing industry is a plus
• Confident in lead qualification and objection handling
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Target-driven and results-focused mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms
