Our Client, a Singapore-based company providing professional business and financial services with a focus on delivering accurate and efficient solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Account Executive / Senior Accounts Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Executive:

• Handle a full set of accounts for multiple clients across various industries
• Prepare financial statements, GST reports, and tax filings (corporate & individual)
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation of bank statements
• Liaise directly with clients to gather accounting documents and resolve queries
• Support statutory filings and ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory framework
• Collaborate with internal teams (Corporate Secretarial, Tax, Audit) for client deliverables

Senior Account Executive:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and other statutory reports.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.
• Handle full set of accounts for clients, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Review work prepared by junior accounts executives and provide guidance.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and government agencies professionally.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

REQUIREMENTS:

Account Executive:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field
• 1–3 years of working experience in accounting (experience in a CSP is a bonus)
• Good working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management
• Confident in communication and passionate about helping businesses grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

Senior Account Executive:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA qualification or modules completed is an advantage.
• 3–5 years’ accounting experience in a professional services or corporate services firm.
• Good knowledge of SFRS and corporate taxation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring junior staff is preferred.

• Location : Jurong East
• Working Days/Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary : Up till $3500 basic + variable bonus
• Up till $4200 basic + variable bonus
