E-Commerce cum Sales Support
- Location : Sin Ming Lane
- Working hours : Monday to Friday / 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + 7 to 14 Days annual leave
- Duration : Permanent

- Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the company’s website and brand stores on online marketplace platforms
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms
- Optimizing inventory level and pricing accuracy for product listings
- Respond to customer enquiries on timely basis
- Collaborating with colleagues to fulfil sales orders
- Handle return/refund/exchange orders if any
Requirement:
- Hands-on experience with online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- Diploma in any field
